WATCH OUT FOR IMITATIONS!!

Awful support from the customer service team.

The shoes I ordered arrived super fast and looked stunning. The only hiccup was that I got the wrong size. However, customer support was on it right away, sent me a return label, and I got the right pair within a week. I truly valued the help I received and I'm in love with my Louboutins. For sure, I'll be shopping at Shop375 again! My shoes came with the box, dust bags, and tips just like I bought them straight from the boutique.

I placed an order for a Dior t-shirt and it never showed up. When I contacted customer support, they claimed the post office had dropped it off at my mailbox. I reside in a building with 400 units and a doorman on duty 24/7, so I’m not sure how that could happen. The customer service team didn’t provide any real assistance, and ultimately, I had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charge. I’m never shopping here again!

Unbelievable customer support and even better footwear at prices that are hard to beat. I snagged a pair of Christian Louboutin boots for my wife at a tiny portion of the original price, and she was absolutely thrilled! This has become my go-to shopping spot. Much appreciated!

The shipping was fine. But I ordered a pair of Louboutin booties, and they came with different contents than what my friend got for the same shoe. Her pair showed up damaged, while mine has the wrong zipper! I reached out to Christian Louboutin customer service, and they suggested that, based on my description, it’s likely not authentic and recommended I take it to a store for disposal. I sent them back four days ago to Shop375 in 'perfect' shape (just like I got them), and I still haven’t heard anything about my return. I’m really not sure if they sell genuine products, but my trust is pretty shaken. Giving it two stars just to be fair.

This site is a total letdown. I wanted to send a gift to a buddy, but they flagged my order as fraud and canceled it, even though my bank gave the green light. Seriously, don’t bother with this website.

This was my initial order with Shop375. I snagged a Gucci bag for an awesome price!!! A few days after, I got a personal thank you email from Alan. That was a really sweet gesture. I replied, and he got back to me. It’s refreshing to receive a real response instead of just an automated one. I was really impressed with how well the bag was packed. I’ll surely recommend this place and shop here again. Thanks a ton!

Great service, solid communication, and quick delivery choice. I can't give a half star, so I'm knocking off one for not including a receipt in the package showing the item's price and details. I had to pick it up from the customs office due to an undeclared package.

The support from the team was top-notch, and they have a solid range of products at fair prices. I picked up some Dior ballerinas that were on sale, plus I snagged an extra 10% off since it was my first order, which was a nice surprise. The only downside is the shipping costs. It’s pretty steep for something that takes more than two weeks to get to an international address. Come on, it’s not the '90s anymore; why should shipping be $65 and take so long? Most online shops offer low or no shipping fees for orders over $300 and use DHL, which gets stuff to you in just a couple of days.

I got myself a Louboutin Cabata tote along with some Chanel mesh espadrilles. I'm totally in love with them and snagged a fantastic deal. The shipping was quick, and the customer service was top-notch. Alan always sends me a thank you email for every order I make.
